COVID-19 Updates

We are continually following the advice of Public Health England (PHE) because were not jack, nobody wants covid... we're still operating normally within in a covid free environment, and lock everything down for a minimum of 7 days in the event one of us contracts the virus, and only unock the stock once we test negative on a lateral-flow test. This is an ever evolving situation (even after all these years)... but rest assured, we will keep you updated as and when any changes occur to our processes, normally via instangram and our website banner.

Public Health England (PHE) have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting coronavirus (COVID-19). It is still understood that covid does not survive on letters or parcels long enough to cause any risk to those receiving them, and PHE have confirmed there is no current evidence to suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted via mail.

All our UK deliveries are handled by 'Royal Mail', who still have extensive safety measures in place (such as contactess delivery). Additionally, for all customers (including those self-isolating/shielding) who have a parcel that won’t fit through the letterbox, the courier will place the item at the door. They will then knock and step back to a 2 meter distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside in the elements. They will also sign for your parcel on your behalf if you request once they've had eyes on your existance.

At this current time, and as the world still attempts to grip its logistical admin, deliveries are now back to the 2-5 working day average (UK), although please allow 7 working days before chasing the order (UK). The current average delivery time for the rest of the world is back to 7-14 working days, although please allow 21 working days before chasing the order, as we cant begin an investigation through our couriers until that point.
